TofuCrunch tofu chips are made from tofu and natural seasonings, offering a vegan, crispy snack. We strive to ensure all product details (ingredients, nutritional information, etc.) are accurate, but variations may occur due to batch differences. 3. Orders and Payment

We must receive full payment for your order before it is accepted. Once payment is received, we will confirm your order via email to the address you provide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

4. Shipping

• Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard carriers within 2–3 business days of order confirmation, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary (typically 5–10 business days). Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees, which are due at the time of delivery.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking details via email after dispatch.

• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages during shipping, or for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@tofucrunch.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued for the product price only (excluding shipping fees) once the return is received and inspected. We do not accept returns for perishable items that have been opened or damaged after delivery.
