We want you to love TofuCrunch tofu chips! Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are available if:

You receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong flavor).

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are not available for:

Products that have been opened, tampered with, or consumed (25% or more).

Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences.

Orders after 14 days from delivery.
How to Request a Refund

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Do not return the product unless instructed by our team.

Once approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. For incorrect items, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Shipping and Costs

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
